In the UAE an aircon runs for most of the year, and fine dust and sand are drawn in with every cycle. Filters catch some of it, but the rest settles on the evaporator coil and the blower wheel, where it builds into a layer a quick filter wash never reaches. As that layer grows, less air passes through the coil: rooms take longer to cool, and the unit runs longer to hold the temperature you set. A deep clean removes the build-up from the components themselves, not just the parts you can see.

What AC Deep Cleaning involves
Dust, grease and moisture build up on the parts of the unit you never see — the evaporator coil, the blower wheel and the drain pan. That layer restricts airflow, so the room takes longer to cool and the unit runs longer to get there. We open the unit up, clean each component in depth rather than wiping what is visible, and put it back together.
